Auschic aka: Wendy

Auschic, otherwise known as Wendy.

I am a 35-year-old mother of two boys Benjamin 11 and Parker 6.
Coming from sunny Sydney I love the beach and can be found very often in summer on Cronulla or Wanda beach with a book and walkman doing my best rotisserie chicken impersonation.

I also have discovered I have a talent for sketching so one night a week I join a class at a local studio for a life drawing session. I prefer female models as they have the better curves to draw and much prettier dangly bits. This class is followed by a few hours in a dark upper room of an inner city pub listening to the local poets exhibit their brilliance.

I have always loved trivia and am an ardent member of FunTrivia.com.

I have been known to host Trivia nights for up to 30 friends and am always invited by friends to join their team whenever local schools or clubs hold trivia nights. Of course since visiting Mindprobes my opinion of myself as a Trivia Guru has been sadly deflated. There are some amazing minds here.

For exercise I love walking, for relaxation I love music...Simon and Garfunkel, Iris Dement, Dido, Jeff Buckley, Kasey Chambers, Cat Stevens and many others depending on my mood. For excitement I love dancing . . . fast! If I don't wake up not being able to move my neck the next morning I know I haven't partied hard enough. :)

On television I love Ally McBeal and The Practice.

I barrack for local rugby league (football) team Parramatta and each winter follow the football season very closely with son Ben.

I have one medical condition...I alphabetise and database everything and vacuum and clean chronically. I have even been known to surprise spring clean friend's homes when they are on vacation and have to be told to stop cleaning when I am visiting. Oh well! Could be worse.
